肉馅:猪肉、八角、胡椒、姜片、大葱、鸡蛋
面团:面粉310克、猪油90克、水125克、糖15克、芝麻

(1)首先将5个八角、10克胡椒、姜片加上开水浸泡,泡至水变凉,1斤猪肉加150克水

(3)先用筷子搅成面絮,再下手揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜醒面20分钟

(5)接着往碗里打入一个鸡蛋,加上盐,老抽,胡椒粉,料酒,蚝油,味精,鸡粉,糖,顺着一个方向拌均匀

(6)搅拌后,把放凉的香料水倒进来,香料提前挑出来,要分多次倒入香料水,每次倒入要充分搅拌吸收,再倒一下次
加上用八角,花椒,姜片这3种香料泡的水,去腥增鲜,能吃出香味,又看不见香料,做饺子时也可以用

(8)接着取一个面剂子不用揉搓直接按扁,擀成牛舌状
