今天阿慧给大家分享的破壁机食谱,一共与500道,包括的豆浆米糊等,用来做早餐是非常不错的
先来分享一道红枣小米花生米糊,提前一晚预约好,隔天就能喝到很暖胃的一杯早餐!

小米、黑米各30g,红枣3颗,花生10g,冰糖适量(根据自己的口味来,我是+了10g,红枣本来有甜味)
