昨天整理移动硬盘时,才发现夏季做的这款甜品一直没发布,也是够能拖的了,口感小清新的一款水果塔——白桃薄荷塔 我这个严重拖延症患者没得治了。 这款白桃薄荷塔口感超丰富,用白桃和朗姆酒做的水果冻,嫩滑爽口,经过熬煮的薄荷叶也是格外的清香,还有口感柔软爽滑的卡仕达酱,酥脆的塔皮,组合在一起绝对是超美味的一款甜品。
需要材料-
低筋面粉120g
糖粉30g
软化黄油50g
蛋黄20g
香草精3滴
蛋黄2个
细砂糖50g
牛奶150g
低筋面粉15g
脆桃子3个
水250ml
细砂糖40g
